Nethander Stead
Nethander Stead is an abandoned farmstead lying along the road just east of Southshore in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Once a working human farm, it has fallen into ruin and is completely overrun by the Mudsnout gnoll pack. The fields are overgrown with giant white mushrooms known as Mudsnout Blossoms, attracting the interest of Forsaken alchemists.
A Ruined Homestead
Situated within sight of Southshore's eastern borders, Nethander Stead was once an active piece of the region's agricultural belt. Like much of the eastern foothills, the farm was abandoned as regional security eroded and wild packs moved in. Today, it serves as the sole enclave of the Mudsnout gnolls in the foothills. The brutes dwell among the ruined fences and outbuildings, aggressively driving off any travelers who wander too close to their claimed territory.
