Land's End Beach
Land's End Beach is a desolate stretch of coastline at the far southern tip of Tanaris, effectively marking the southern edge of Kalimdor. Shielded by towering mountain ridges and vast ocean waters, it remains one of the most secluded and inaccessible shores on the continent.
The Edge of the World
Tucked away behind the southern mountain ranges of Tanaris and the sealed titan gateway to Uldum, Land's End Beach represents the absolute southern edge of Kalimdor's mainland. Cut off from overland routes across the desert dunes, reaching this windswept coast requires swimming along the dangerous, fatigue-inducing open waters of the South Seas. The beach is a barren frontier of crashing surf, shifting sand, and quiet isolation, largely untamed by the cartels or desert explorers who dwell farther north around Gadgetzan.
Offshore Mysteries
Beyond the breakers of the beach lie lonely, unnamed islets separated from the mainland by vast expanses of exhausting deep water. Navigating to these distant specks of rock is treacherous enough to push even seasoned swimmers to their physical limits. Few mortals have any reason to seek out the lonely waters at Kalimdor's end, leaving the beach and its surrounding shoals undisturbed beneath the blazing southern sun.
