Janeiro's Point
Janeiro's Point is a small, rocky island situated just outside the harbor of Booty Bay in southern Stranglethorn Vale. It is crowned by a colossal stone statue of an unknown goblin welcoming incoming maritime traffic with outstretched arms. The island's waters and shores are dominated by the menacing sea giant known as Mok'rash the Cleaver.
Beacon of the Bay
Standing as the monumental gateway to Booty Bay, Janeiro's Point greets every vessel charting a course into the southern seas of Stranglethorn Vale. Atop the crag looms an immense stone effigy of a goblin, arms spread wide in a grand gesture of welcome and unbridled mercantile ambition. Though visible to sailors and corsairs for miles around, landing on the island's shores is a perilous prospect due to Mok'rash the Cleaver, a terrifying sea giant who has claimed the outcrop as his territory.
