Jagged Reef
The Jagged Reef forms the rugged northern coast of Azshara, where sandy beaches meet jagged stone spurs and churning surf. Treacherous rocks lurk beneath the shallow water, making maritime travel impossible. The desolate shore is primarily populated by prowling hydras, scavenging makrura, and territorial murloc tribes.
A Perilous Shoreline
Stretching across Azshara's northern edge, the Jagged Reef is a harsh littoral expanse where broken cliffs and jutting stone outcroppings divide the sandy shores into secluded inlets. Beneath the breaking waves lie submerged crags and shifting shallows, turning the waters into a graveyard for any vessel foolish enough to venture near. On land, the wild coastline offers little comfort; salt-crusted beasts, predatory hydras, and aggressive makrura wander the surf line alongside entrenched murlocs scouring the tides for scraps and unwary prey.
