Hall of Masks
The Hall of Masks is an ominous chamber inside the sunken Temple of Atal'Hakkar in the Swamp of Sorrows. Lined with giant skull masks and marred by a bone-strewn trench, it marks one of the early thresholds deeper into the Atal'ai stronghold.
A Gruesome Threshold
Located just past the staircase descending from the Broken Hall, the Hall of Masks serves as a central junction within the Sunken Temple. The chamber earns its name from the imposing, stylized skull masks mounted along its stone walls. Below them runs a deep trench choked with discarded bones, suggesting a macabre purpose whose exact nature is unknown. Beyond this eerie hall lie passages branching out to the Butchery, the Chamber of Blood, and the Den of the Caller.
