Demon Fall Ridge

Demon Fall Ridge is a blighted highland in south-eastern Ashenvale, overlooking the canyon where Mannoroth fell. Swarming with lesser demons and corrupting magic, the ridge centers around a desecrated night elf barrow den claimed by the Burning Legion.

Rising directly west and above Demon Fall Canyon, Demon Fall Ridge is stained with lingering fel residue from the Third War. While the canyon below marks the site of the catastrophic clash between Grommash Hellscream and the pit lord Mannoroth, this high ground serves as a staging area for surviving demonic invaders. Lesser demons patrol the rocky cliffs, defiling the ancient woodland and threatening any travelers traversing the southern border of Ashenvale.
