Deadeye Shore
The story
Deadeye Shore is a windswept stretch of coastline along Durotar's eastern edge, directly east of Drygulch Ravine. Named in memory of the legendary Bleeding Hollow chieftain Kilrogg Deadeye, the barren sands are roamed primarily by wild raptors, scorpids, and feral boars.
Stretching beneath the red bluffs of central Durotar, Deadeye Shore takes its name from Kilrogg Deadeye, the one-eyed chieftain of the Bleeding Hollow clan who fought in the First and Second Wars. From high above, the sand and rocky outcrops faintly mirror the shape of a skull with a missing eye socket. While lacking major settlements or military outposts, the shoreline is far from peaceful: aggressive wildlife dominates the sands, and shadowy cultists from the Burning Blade have been known to prowl down toward the water from their nearby hideouts in the ravines.
