Beren's Peril

Beren's Peril is a secluded mountain cavern tucked in the rocky hills southwest of Ambermill in Silverpine Forest. It serves as an entrenched redoubt for rogue Scourge loyalists serving the necromancer Thule Ravenclaw, plotting against the nearby Forsaken.

Tucked away high in the crags southwest of Ambermill, Beren's Peril consists of a shadowed cave and winding mountain path hidden from the main roadway. Following the devastation of the Third War, rogue Scourge undead under the command of the renegade necromancer Thule Ravenclaw fortified this enclave. Rather than bowing to the Dark Lady or retreating north, Ravenclaw's thralls—regents, guardians, and drudgers—gathered here in secret to muster an assault against the Forsaken base at the Sepulcher. Their presence was uncovered by Forsaken scouts, turning the quiet cliffside into an active warzone for Horde operatives sent to eliminate the threat before an attack could materialize.
