A Lack of Virtue
A Lack of Virtue is a delivery quest involving an enduring petty grudge between two card-playing sailors, Tom Half-fish and Bart Tidewater. Travelers carry a packaged gift across the sea to Menethil Harbor, stepping right into the middle of a mutual cheating accusation over how the Maiden's Virtue was won.
Quest text
Bart Tidewater's a no-good cheapskate, I tell ya!
"Captain of the Maiden's Virtue" he calls himself. That ship's sailed as far as a rock in Tanaris! He's no captain, he's an actor who won enough hands of poker to buy the Virtue in the first place!
If you ever find yourself in Menethil Harbor over in the Wetlands, give this to him and let him know it's from ol' Half-fish.
There's a boat from here that can take you right to the harbor, by the way. It'll be the second stop!
