Data Hoarders
Data Hoarders is a task given by Jemma Quikswitch, an exiled gnome residing in Ironforge. During the desperate evacuation of Gnomeregan, she copied her family's most prized archives onto punch cards, only to lose several in the freezing drifts outside the city gates. Recovering these lost data cards means salvaging everything from advanced naval engineering schematics to irreplaceable family recipes.
Quest text
Before we fled Gnomeregan, I made a hard copy of my family's archives. Arcanotechnical field equations, Second War submarine hull designs, Grandma Quikswitch's chili recipe... Our greatest accomplishments are in those files.
It wasn't until we reached Ironforge that I found a hole in my pack! Several punch cards are gone, and without them the data's too scrambled to recover.
The cards must be buried in the snow, somewhere outside Gnomeregan. Could you find them? I know it's a long shot...
