Well met, adventurer. I am Bolvar Fordragon, regent to the throne of Stormwind.
A Kirin Tor messenger told me to expect to receive members of the High Order, and here you stand. It's been some time since a high elf has stood in this throne room, but I am glad to accept you now as a guest.
On behalf of the King, I welcome you to Stormwind and give you leave to travel freely through alliance lands. Welcome to Azeroth, Skyborne.
