Call of Fire is a sacred trial undertaken by initiates seeking to prove their spiritual readiness to wield elemental flame. Petitioners must carry the Torch of the Dormant Flame along a secluded mountain path in Loch Modan to seek Braldir Ashmantle at the Shrine of the Dormant Flame.

Aye, ye've the strength to bear the totem o' fire, lad--but strength alone won't make ye ready.
Beyond the Valley o' Kings, in the crags of Loch Modan, lies a hidden path to one o' our sacred peaks. There, Braldir Ashmantle guards the Shrine o' the Dormant Flame.
Take this torch to him--it shows yer intent. Return it burnin' by the shrine's brazier, and I'll see ye earn the totem proper.

Greetin's, friend. Ye've made it to the Shrine o' the Dormant Flame, eh? Not many do. Only those well-versed in the adventurer's path can grasp the secrets this place holds.
Shame ye came all this way just to be turned back--the climb's no stroll through Dun Morogh. But I'm the shrine's keeper, and I won't be lettin' just any foot trod about.
