Ken'zigla's Draught is an urgent courier task in the Horde warlock chain to summon a succubus. Entrusted with a potent medicinal concoction from Malaka'jin in the Stonetalon Mountains, the warlock must rush across Kalimdor to Camp Taurajo to save an operative named Dogran.

Anyways, you'll want to bring this to Logmar at Camp Taurajo. From what the first one told me, he should have an idea where this Dogran is.
