Wizzle Brassbolts

Out in the shimmering heat of the Shimmering Flats, the rivalry between gnomish and goblin engineering takes the form of high-speed rocket car races. Wizzle Brassbolts works as part of the gnomish raceway crew, striving to keep their vehicles intact against blistering speeds and abrasive salt. To bolster their machines, he recruits adventurers to hunt the local wildlife—such as the sturdy turtles wandering the basin—harvesting their hard shells to build new fuel tanks strong enough to hold his brother's corrosive new rocket fuel.

Wizzle maintains close ties with friends across the continents, including Pilot Longbeard, who sends couriers out with racing helmets for the brothers. With help like that, Wizzle keeps the gnomish team supplied despite their remote, inhospitable testing ground on the Shimmering Flats.
