Watcher Backus
Watcher Backus is a member of the Night Watch tasked with patrolling the shadowy roads of Duskwood. Stationed along the thoroughfare between Darkshire and Manor Mistmantle, he keeps a weary eye out for lurking undead and strange travelers. His post also makes him a vital contact for those investigating suspicious movements tied to Stormwind's political intrigues.
A Patrol in the Shadows
Like the rest of the Night Watch, Watcher Backus faces an uphill struggle against the cursed woodland. Duskwood receives little support from the Stormwind garrison, leaving local volunteers to guard the misty paths on their own. Backus walks a solitary beat along the road leading north out of Darkshire, passing near the eerie Manor Mistmantle while keeping beast and ghoul at bay.
