Rethiel the Greenwarden

Rethiel the Greenwarden is an ancient, sentient bog beast residing in Greenwarden's Grove within the Wetlands. Deeply attuned to the natural balance of the marsh, he watches over the land and enlists travelers to cull threats that disrupt its harmony.

Standing amidst the damp thickets of Greenwarden's Grove, Rethiel is a towering creature of moss, peat, and primal plant life. While many bog beasts in the marshlands wander aimlessly as aggressive predators, Rethiel possesses a rare, conscious awareness and a sorrowful voice. He perceives the wetlands not merely as murky terrain, but as a living ecosystem that currently cries out under the weight of foreign predation and corruption.
