Ozzie Togglevolt

Ozzie Togglevolt is a gnome engineer and survivor of Gnomeregan's fall, currently operating out of the snowy village of Kharanos in Dun Morogh. Haunted by the tragedy that struck his people, he works alongside his partner Razzle Sprysprocket to research a remedy for the irradiated leper gnomes.

Ozzie Togglevolt was inside the subterranean wonders of Gnomeregan when catastrophe struck. When the toxic fallout was vented throughout the corridors to stem the trogg invasion, Ozzie stood right beside his fellow gnome, Gnoarn. A sudden radioactive discharge struck Gnoarn directly, altering him forever before Ozzie's eyes. Though Ozzie made it to the surface alive and reached the haven of Dun Morogh, the horrifying memory of that disaster never left him.
