Nikova Raskol

Nikova wanders Old Town carrying the weight of a recent and devastating personal tragedy. Her beloved grandson, Mac, was slain by brigands belonging to the Defias Brotherhood. While the kingdom grapples with treason on a political scale, Nikova represents the intimate human cost inflicted upon everyday citizens by the Brotherhood's lawless rampage.

Though many of the criminals who wrecked havoc were captured and thrown into the Stockade, prison bars offer little solace now that a violent inmate rebellion has seized the facility. Frustrated by the guards' inability to restore order, Nikova appeals directly to brave adventurers heading into the prison, asking them to collect red Defias bandanas as proof that her grandson's killers have finally faced retribution.
