Maurin Bonesplitter

While Ghost Walker Post primarily serves as a tauren and Horde outpost amidst the arid wastes of Desolace, Maurin Bonesplitter stands apart as one of its few undead occupants. Rather than a brutish soldier, Maurin is a learned spellcaster possessing extensive knowledge of forbidden histories and occult forces. His arcane aptitude and sharp intellect caught the eye of Keldran, who dispatched him to the region to observe the growing demonic presence and coordinate targeted strikes against it.

Maurin directs most of his malice toward the Burning Blade cult entrenched across Desolace. He harbors utter disgust for their reckless ambition, mocking the cultists for failing to understand that their borrowed power merely binds them as thralls to their demonic masters. Through scrying spells and ritual knowledge, Maurin enlists Horde adventurers to systematically disrupt the cult's summonings and undermine their operations across the barren landscape.
