Mai'ah

Mai'ah is a jungle troll mage trainer stationed within the sun-scorched basin of the Valley of Trials in Durotar. She mentors fledgling spellcasters among the Darkspear trolls who step into the red canyons to hone their command of the arcane. For young trolls beginning the path of wizardry, she offers early guidance and instruction in the foundational arts of magic.

Arcane Mentor of the Den

While orcs overwhelmingly favor the primal call of the elements or the physical dominance of the warrior, Darkspear trolls possess a rare affinity for arcane study. Standing within the Valley of Trials, Mai'ah serves as an instructor for young troll mages arriving to undertake their rites of adulthood. She receives candidates carrying glyphic inscriptions and begins shaping their chaotic raw power into disciplined incantations, ensuring they learn the control required to survive Durotar's perils.
