Henze Faulk
Henze Faulk is a dwarven adventurer found lying near death on the stone circle outside Heroes' Vigil in Elwynn Forest. Struck down by the Defias Brotherhood while shielding his companion, he serves as a pivotal test for aspiring paladins learning to wield the gift of resurrection.
A Sacrifice at Heroes' Vigil
Near the ancient stone ring east of Stormwind sits Heroes' Vigil, a place often haunted by Defias bandits prowling the Elwynn woods. Henze Faulk and his friend Gazin Tenorm were ambushed here by Defias marauders. Putting himself in harm's way to ensure Gazin's survival, Henze fell to the bandits' blades. While his companion survived to summon aid from the Cathedral of Light, Henze's body remains on the threshold of life and death, awaiting the divine intervention of a paladin carrying a Symbol of Life.
