Gramma Stonefield
Gramma Stonefield, whose given name is Mildred, is the elderly matriarch of the Stonefield family residing at their farm in Elwynn Forest. Unlike her bickering kin, she has grown weary of the bitter, generations-long feud with the neighboring Maclures. Quietly working behind her family's back, she does everything she can to help her grandson Tommy Joe pursue his forbidden romance with Maybell Maclure.
A Secret Peacemaker
As the oldest living member of the Stonefield clan, Mildred Stonefield has witnessed decades of petty squabbling between her household and the Maclures across the road. Rather than stoking the bad blood, she views the enduring rivalry as senseless and destructive. When her grandson Tommy Joe Stonefield falls in love with Maybell Maclure, Gramma chooses compassion over clan loyalty. Relying on an old friendship with William Pestle in Goldshire, she quietly plots to help the star-crossed sweethearts meet in secret, subverting the stubborn hostility dividing the two farms.
