Securing the antidote requires navigating the underbelly of Orgrimmar to locate Kor'ghan. Knowledgeable in desert toxins and harsh remedies, Kor'ghan prepares the vial to purge the venom before it turns fatal. Once delivered, the draught halts the venom's progression, sparing Rhinag a humiliating death in the wilderness—though Kor'ghan demands further trials and hunts from the scout to atone for his carelessness.
