Stone of Relu
The Stone of Relu is an ancient archaeological relic recovered from the Wetlands. Believed by Archaeologist Flagongut to be the key to unlocking latent powers within primordial fossils, it was briefly lost when local raptors ambushed the scholar on the road.
A Key to Ancient Relics
Discovered during Explorers' League operations, the Stone of Relu is believed to hold the deciphering power needed to unlock prehistoric fossils gathered from Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms. Archaeologist Flagongut identified the artifact as the catalyst required to unleash secrets within both his own Wetlands specimens and the fossil unearthed by Prospector Remtravel in Darkshore.
Lost in the Marshes
While Flagongut was traveling along the Wetland roads to rendezvous with Prospector Whelgar, a pack of mottled raptors ambushed him. During the scramble, the relic was lost and swallowed by one of the ravenous beasts, forcing the League to enlist adventurers to hunt the marsh raptors and cut the ancient stone from their gullets.
