Sodium Nitrate
Sodium Nitrate is a volatile chemical reagent carried by the dwarven excavators and garrison stationed at Bael Modan in the southern Barrens. Though imported by the Ironforge expedition to blast through ancient stone, the exiled tauren Gann Stonespire seeks to reclaim it to assemble an explosive charge against the invaders.
Industrial Demolition
The Bael'dun expedition tore into the ancestral lands of the Stonespire tribe armed with heavy earthmovers and blasting reagents. To crack open the stubborn rockbeds of the southern Barrens, the dwarves relied on volatile chemical compounds. Sodium Nitrate forms a crucial stabilizing and oxidizing agent in high-grade explosives, carried routinely by Bael'dun riflemen, soldiers, and officers inside the excavation works and nearby fortress.
