Sample of Zanzil's Altered Mixture
This vial contains a potent specimen of a concoction brewed by the witch doctor Zanzil, recovered during a covert infiltration in the Barrens. Carried by an operative suffering from its debilitating effects, the sample is sent across the sea to Tarren Mill in hopes of unlocking both an antidote and the lethal secrets of poisoncraft.
A Toxic Token
After infiltrating the Venture Company's tower near the Sludge Fen and looting the cache of Zanzil's mixture from Gallywix's lockbox, an operative ends up afflicted by Zanzil's foul touch. Shenthul orders the stricken agent across the Great Sea with a sample of the brew in hand. Finding a cure means locating Serge Hinott, an apothecary stationed at Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad Foothills, who possesses the rare expertise required to isolate the toxin and decipher its components.
