Plainstrider Feather
Plucked from the swift birds roaming the plains of Mulgore, Plainstrider Feathers are essential materials gathered by young hunters on Red Cloud Mesa. The tauren of Camp Narache use them primarily for crafting clothing and tribal adornments, while honoring the creatures that provide for the village.
A Hunter's First Offering
On Red Cloud Mesa, young tauren learn early that survival relies on keen tracking and hunting. Plainstriders run wild across the grassy plateau, offering both sustenance and practical materials. Plucking their sturdy feathers allows the camp to craft traditional garments and gear. Presenting these feathers alongside fresh meat to Grull Hawkwind demonstrates respect for the tribe's needs and serves as the very first test toward being recognized by Chief Hawkwind and welcomed in Thunder Bluff.
