Lurker Venom
Lurker Venom is a potent natural toxin harvested from the predatory spiders that prowl the rocky hills and woods of Loch Modan. Dwarven defenders require this caustic venom as a key ingredient to prepare an alchemical neutralizing compound against Dark Iron sabotage.
A Volatile Reagent
The hills and crags surrounding Loch Modan crawl with predatory arachnids—ranging from common wood lurkers to the infamous matriarch Shanda the Spinner. While their bites pose a constant hazard to mountaineers and travelers, the explosives expert Ashlan Stonesmirk named their virulent poison as one ingredient of a disarming mixture, which Chief Engineer Hinderweir prepares. Combined with rare minerals and tears harvested from the loch's crocolisks, Lurker Venom forms a reactive solvent capable of disarming complex Dark Iron explosives.
