Lightning Gland
Lightning Glands are harvested from stormhide beasts roaming the plains of the Barrens. Imbued with natural elemental charge, they are sought by Brewmaster Drohn in Ratchet to brew a fiery, potent trogg ale learned from the wandering pandaren Chen Stormstout.
A Shocking Ingredient
The savannas of the Barrens host a variety of elemental-touched predators, including the stormhides. Within their flesh lies the lightning gland, an organ pulsating with latent electrical energy. While hardly suitable for ordinary fare, these volatile glands are prized by eccentric brewers who appreciate a brew with a genuine sting.
Drohn's Trogg Ale
In the port town of Ratchet, Brewmaster Drohn continues the brewing traditions imparted to him by Chen Stormstout. To concoct a potent brew known as trogg ale, Drohn requires five lightning glands alongside a thunderhawk saliva gland and a fresh kodo liver. The resulting draught carries an unmistakable kick that adventurers find both invigorating and potent.
