Inscribed Bark
Inscribed Bark is a living parchment entrusted by the ancient Oracle Tree to carry word of Teldrassil's state to Arch Druid Fandral Staghelm. It serves as an official report on the boughs of the World Tree and the lingering threats troubling its woods.
A Message from the Oracle
Carved from the sacred wood of the Oracle Tree, this inscribed bark acts as a direct communique between the ancient guardian and the leadership of the Cenarion Circle in Darnassus. After adventurers suppress the encroaching harpies in the glades, the Oracle Tree entrusts them with this token, reluctant to risk ordinary couriers through the tainted paths of the boughs. The inscribed message informs Arch Druid Fandral Staghelm of both recent victories and the deeper, unsettling blight that continues to grip Teldrassil.
