Ilkrud Magthrull's Tome
Ilkrud Magthrull's Tome is a grimoire recovered from a dangerous orc warlock residing within the corrupted depths of Ashenvale. Brought to Delgren the Purifier, its foul contents reveal the broader dark dealings surrounding the cultists operating out of the Tower of Althalaxx.
A Grimoire of Corruption
Ilkrud Magthrull is a formidable orc warlock entrenched at the Fire Scar Shrine in southwestern Ashenvale, a site poisoned by lingering demonic influence. Surrounded by summoned minions, Magthrull recorded his foul rituals and shadowy communications within this personal tome. While the Argent Dawn paladin Delgren the Purifier had long known of the warlock's presence, the uncovered links between Magthrull and the dark cultists gathering at the Tower of Althalaxx made recovering the book an urgent priority.
