A Grizzled Bear Heart is a biological reagent harvested from the sturdy bears roaming Silverpine Forest. It serves as a vital component in the Royal Apothecary Society's grim research into the New Plague.
A Reagent for the New Plague
The Royal Apothecary Society works ceaselessly to develop an engineered blight capable of exterminating both the Scourge and living humanity. In the woodlands of Silverpine Forest, Apothecary Renferrel discovered that a unique toxin derived from the heart of a grizzled bear, when combined with arachnid ichor, yields a remarkably lethal concoction. Couriers and Forsaken loyalists hunt down ferocious grizzled bears, giant grizzled bears, and the infamous beast Old Vicejaw to carve out these organs and deliver them directly to Master Apothecary Faranell deep within the Apothecarium of the Undercity.
