Empty Dreadmist Peak Sampler
The Empty Dreadmist Peak Sampler is a specialized Cenarion vessel entrusted to Horde druids to gather tainted water from the summit of Dreadmist Peak. Studying the foul liquid collected in this vial is vital for diagnosing and curing the spreading blight affecting wildlife in the northern Barrens.
Tracing the Blight
When a foul affliction began sickening gazelles and destabilizing the fragile ecology of the northern Barrens, druid Dendrite Starblaze suspected that the weather-influencing pools atop Dreadmist Peak were acting as the epicenter. He dispatched druid initiates with empty sampling vessels to brave the mountain's heights—now infested by the demon-worshipping Burning Blade—and extract raw water directly from the pool at the peak.
