Writhing Deep
The Writhing Deep is a massive, insectoid hive complex carved into southeastern Feralas. Inhabited by the Zukk'ash silithid, this subterranean burrow is a growing danger that threatens nearby wildlife and surrounding encampments alike. The relentless expansion of these subterranean predators has upset the regional balance of the lush forest.
The Zukk'ash Swarm
Tucked away in the humid lowlands of southeastern Feralas, the Writhing Deep serves as the primary colony for the Zukk'ash silithid. Unlike the typical woodland beasts of the valley, these chittering insects dig labyrinthine tunnels and fiercely guard clutches of resinous eggs. The hive's aggressive encroachment into the nearby territories has destabilized the wild fauna and agitated local gnoll packs, pushing displaced and frenzied predators uncomfortably close to both Horde paths and native sanctuaries.
