Winterhoof Water Well

The Winterhoof Water Well is a vital fresh water source situated on the edge of the Rolling Plains in southern Mulgore. Crucial to the local wildlife and nomadic tauren tribes, the well has recently fallen under threat from the exploitative Venture Company, who seek to poison and control the region's water supply.

In the arid stretches of central Kalimdor, water is life, and Mulgore's subterranean wells sustain both the herds of the plains and the encampments of the tauren. The Winterhoof Water Well, named for one of the respected tribes of the plains, taps into the deep aquifers beneath the Rolling Plains. Unfortunately, its strategic importance has drawn the avarice of the Venture Company. Rather than sharing the land or negotiating, the ruthless goblin cartel has attempted to poison the water supply to exert leverage over the surrounding territory.
