High Rise

The High Rise is the uppermost tier of Thunder Bluff's central mesa, crowning the tauren capital. It hosts a bustling amphitheater centered around a communal bonfire alongside seasoned artisans, weapon merchants, and culinary masters. Unlike the lower tiers, this summit relies entirely on suspension rope bridges and the wind rider roost for travel.

The High Rise perches atop Thunder Bluff's core plateau, catching the open winds high above the rolling plains of Mulgore. A focal gathering point for the united tribes, it centers around an open-air amphitheater and fire pit where citizens listen to important tribal announcements and fateful decisions. The surrounding tents and wooden stalls house renowned merchants, armories, and culinary trainers, including Aska's Kitchen and Mountaintop Bait & Tackle. While the lower tiers connect directly to Mulgore's prairie floor via massive wooden elevators, the High Rise stays aloft, accessible primarily through the wind rider roost and sweeping rope bridges linking to the neighboring Elder Rise and Hunter Rise.
