Forlorn Rowe

The Forlorn Rowe is an ominous, shadowy hill perched on the northern boundary of the Raven Hill Cemetery in Duskwood. It is infamous as the dark abode of Morbent Fel, a necromancer whose malevolent magic animates the restless dead throughout the forest.

Rising along the northern edge of the Raven Hill Cemetery, the Forlorn Rowe is perpetually cloaked in gloom. Atop this rise sits the home of Morbent Fel, the lich-like necromancer responsible for much of the walking dead haunting the surrounding wilderness. Bound by foul arcane enchantments, the master of the hill directs his skeletal servants from this vantage, rendering the entire northwestern corner of Duskwood perilous for travelers.
