Eastmoon Ruins
The Eastmoon Ruins are an ancient troll archaeological site situated in eastern Tanaris, perched just west of the Gaping Chasm. Once built by the desert empires of old, the crumbling stone masonry is now occupied by Dunemaul ogres using the remnants as a desert encampment.
Stones in the Sand
Rising out of the blistering desert floor just west of the insect-infested Gaping Chasm, the Eastmoon Ruins preserve the crumbling architecture of ancient troll civilization. Decaying pillars, weathered stone plazas, and sun-bleached monuments hint at a time long before the sands swallowed this region. Rather than scholars or troll descendants tending the shrines, the site is firmly held by the Dunemaul ogres, who rely on the broken walls for shelter and vantage over nearby trade routes.
