Boulder'gor
Boulder'gor is a rugged hill in the western Arathi Highlands, situated directly north of the ruined human kingdom of Stromgarde. It serves as an active encampment for the Boulderfist ogres and their unusual allies among the Witherbark forest trolls.
A Den of Ogres and Trolls
Rising just north of the crumbling ramparts of Stromgarde Keep, Boulder'gor is a steep bluff claimed by the Boulderfist clan. Within its shadows sits the Boulderfist Outpost mound, making it a central bastion of ogre power across the highlands. Uniquely, the ogres here share their fires and fortifications with forest trolls of the Witherbark tribe, including shadowy spellcasters who lend their dark magic to the clan's brute force. This mutual cooperation poses an ongoing danger to any travelers passing along the central roads of Arathi.
Surrounding Territory
The slopes around Boulder'gor look down over the open highlands of western Arathi. Hemmed between the Syndicate-infiltrated ruins of Stromgarde and the wild elemental sites of the plains, Boulder'gor remains a heavily guarded and hostile stronghold of tribal solidarity against both Alliance and Horde wanderers.
