Bloodvenom Falls

Bloodvenom Falls is a towering, foul waterfall plunging down the corrupted cliffs of northern Felwood. Its toxic flow feeds the Bloodvenom River, spreading demon-spawned rot down the mountains and into downstream lands.

A Fountain of Rot

Pouring over the bluffs in Felwood, Bloodvenom Falls represents one of the most vivid wounds inflicted upon the ancient forests of Kalimdor. Once a pristine mountain cascade, the waters were warped into a virulent sludge during the Third War by demonic magics and the remnants of the Burning Legion. The falls feed directly into the Bloodvenom River, which weaves through the heart of Felwood. From there, the tainted torrent rushes down the mountain slopes to become the foul Wildbend River in Darkshore, carrying blight far beyond Felwood's blighted borders.

Ecological Poison

The virulent runoff from Bloodvenom Falls does not merely discolor the riverbed; it warps everything it touches. The swampy banks surrounding its spray breed twisted treants, sickening beasts, and aggressive slimes. For druids and wardens attempting to contain Felwood's rot, the falls are a chilling reminder that northern Kalimdor's waters remain deeply sickened at their source.
