Quest
Unending Torment
Unending Torment begins when a strange abomination is slain, causing its head to topple loose from repeated stitching. Bearing signs of having been severed and reconnected many times over, the relic points toward deliberate dark experimentation within the Forsaken capital. Bringing the grisly prize to Master Apothecary Faranell in the Undercity uncovers the twisted humor behind its repeated reanimation.
Quest text
As the creature falls, its head comes toppling off. It seems as if it has been reattached several times, and the connection gets weaker with each reconnection.
Someone in the Undercity would know more about this unique abomination.

Oho! I believe I know this head. A cruel joke by our Dark Lady. A delicious one at that.
I think I have a use for this.
