Quest
The Hermit Tanner
The Hermit Tanner is a local delivery quest in the Barrens where adventurers carry a bundle of raw hides to a reclusive craftsman living atop a ridge overlooking the Dry Hills. The task highlights the remote working partnerships of the savanna and introduces an isolated, striking hermit who maintains regular trade despite his seclusion.
Quest text
These hides are bound for a tanner who I often trade with. He is something of a hermit and he lives alone on the top of the ridge behind me. Climbing up a steep hillside isn't something I can manage easily right now so I'd be in your debt if you could make this delivery for me.
Oh, and about this tanner's... Appearance. You need not be alarmed. In spite of his looks, he is no threat. I swear this is true.
Progress
Greetings, adventurer. What brings you up to my property today?

Vrang sent you then? Very well. I appreciate you delivering these hides to me. It's unfortunate that Vrang couldn't make the journey himself. There is a matter I wish to speak with him about.
