Friend of the Kirin Tor
Archmage Modera's image admits that the council will dislike hearing of the subterfuge, yet cannot argue with results: Dalaran is calming, and the wards may come down. She gives you an arcane mote to take to Archmage Celindra, in the Violet Citadel.

Hear this one in game: get Lore Forever.
The council will not be happy to learn of our subterfuge, but they cannot deny results. The city is calming down, and we are free to lower our wards.
