A Frightened Request
A Frightened Request is a quest concerning the disappearance of Edward Heartweaver within the perilous Ruins of Lordaeron. Consumed by grief after his son was lost during the fall of the capital, Edward repeatedly traveled to the ruined city's graveyard in search of his child's remains before vanishing. An adventurer is asked to brave the dangerous ruins to uncover his ultimate fate.
Quest text
It's my husband Edward...
He has not returned from his weekly journey to the graveyard in the Lordaeron ruins. Our son was lost when Arthas razed the city, and my dear Edward is still filled with guilt and sorrow that we never found his body. I've tried to warn him against searching those overrun ruins, but he refuses to give up. I try not to worry, but it's been days.
There are things there I cannot contend with but if you are willing, I need to know the fate of my husband.
