Taming the Beast

This trial marks the second stage of a tauren hunter's initiation into the art of beast taming. Guided by hunter trainer Yaw Sharpmane in Bloodhoof Village, the novice is charged with mastering the swift and fearless prairie stalker.

You have a fiery spirit, hunter, readily awaiting your next challenge.

Your next task is to gain the companionship of a wolf known as the prairie stalker. This creature is swift and fearless; in taking this beast as your pet, you must also take on these qualities.

During a battle, you will learn how you and your pet will become a team. In the end you must work as one, muscle to muscle.

Here is the taming rod, friend. Tame a prairie stalker and practice your skills.
