Zarlman Two-Moons
Zarlman Two-Moons is a revered tauren mystic residing in Bloodhoof Village in central Mulgore. While Baine Bloodhoof oversees the village's daily earthly affairs, Zarlman guides its spiritual life and communions with the spirits. He plays a vital role in initiating young tauren into adulthood through the sacred Rite of Vision.
Keeper of the Unseen
Within Bloodhoof Village, leadership is divided between the physical and the mystical. Baine Bloodhoof commands the settlement's defense and temporal needs, but it is Zarlman Two-Moons who maintains the harmony of the spirit world. In a culture deeply rooted in reverence for the Earth Mother and ancestral wisdom, Zarlman serves as a conduit between the everyday struggles of the plains and the timeless voices of the past.
The Rite of Vision
Zarlman's most crucial duty to his people is administering the Rite of Vision, a traditional trial every maturing tauren must undertake. By guiding initiates to prepare sacred draughts and listen closely to ancestral portents, he helps young hunters, shamans, and warriors discover their destined path and spirit guides. Under his instruction, initiates learn that physical strength on the plains means little without spiritual clarity.
