Ambercorn
Ambercorn is a sacred nut that falls from the tall, ancient trees scattered across Mulgore. Infused with natural magic, it serves as a vital reagent in tauren shamanic brews, most notably used to induce spiritual visions during youth trials.
Gifts of the Canopy
Gathered from beneath the sturdy boughs of Mulgore's great trees, ambercorns are more than ordinary nuts to the tauren. Rich with the spiritual vitality of the land, they hold latent magical properties that tauren mystics have understood and utilized for generations. Young hunters and wanderers learn early to keep their eyes on the grass beneath the canopy, honoring the Earth Mother's gifts that fall freely from above.
The Seer's Brew
In Bloodhoof Village, the seer Zarlman Two-Moons relies on ambercorn when preparing young tauren for the Rite of Vision. Combined with stones gathered from the plains' pristine water wells, ambercorn is steeped into the potent Water of the Seers. Consuming this ceremonial elixir before the ancestral flames allows an initiate's senses to shift, revealing a guiding spirit animal meant to lead them to their next destination.
