Wiley the Black

Tucked away inside the Lakeshire Inn, Wiley the Black keeps a low profile away from the open turmoil of Westfall and the gnoll-infested borders of Redridge. Despite his roguish nature and questionable past, Wiley is bound by honor to Gryan Stoutmantle, commander of the People's Militia. Stoutmantle once saved Wiley's life—though Stoutmantle grumbles that he should have let the scoundrel rot when he had the chance. When the People's Militia desperately needs insight into the inner workings of the Defias conspiracy, Wiley is the informant they turn to, reluctantly parting with covert intelligence to clear his debt.
