Prospector Ironband

Darteus Ironband leads the dig at Ironband's Excavation Site nestled in the hills of southeastern Loch Modan. Like many field researchers in the Explorers' Guild, Ironband believes that the soil of Khaz Modan hides vital truths about the origins of the dwarven race. His camp works tirelessly digging trenches and sifting through rubble in search of ancient relics, stone tablets, and earthen artifacts. Despite the slow pace of unearthing buried history, Ironband's resolve remains unshaken, and he is always eager to recruit competent adventurers to safeguard his operation.

Conducting an excavation in the rugged wilds is never quiet. The site faces relentless harassment from local troggs and wildlife, threatening the supply lines and equipment essential for the dig. Relics and valuable survey equipment are constantly at risk of being stolen or wrecked before they can be examined. Ironband relies on visiting Alliance travelers to protect the cargo shipments, keep hostile raiders at bay, and investigate missing guild contacts in the neighboring badlands.
