Mupsi Shacklefridd
Mupsi Shacklefridd is a goblin resident stationed just outside the port town of Ratchet in the Barrens. She serves as a local contact for travelers looking to smooth over troubled relations with the Steamwheedle Cartel.
On the Outskirts of Ratchet
Mupsi Shacklefridd operates just outside Ratchet along the dusty coastal roads of the Barrens. Life near the port town is always busy, with Steamwheedle guards patrolling the perimeter and merchants coming and going. For those who find themselves in poor standing with the goblins, Mupsi provides a path to reconciliation—provided travelers are willing to offer the supplies and labor the cartel demands.
